helpful staff great advice comfortable bed
I really appreciated the helpful staff. They gave great advice. the location was close to transportation and breakfast spots! the room was cleaned daily, and i found the bed quite comfortable after long days.
i found that the ventilation in the bathroom was quite loud. the noise somewhat disturbed my sleep, especially hearing it from the adjacent rooms at night.

full mirror fresh towels
The room had a full length mirror, helpful. i found the kettle convenient for making tea, and there were even biscuits provided. i was pleased with the cleanliness and daily tidying. Fresh towels were always available.
the ventilation in the bathrooms seemed relatively loud. i noticed hot water took quite a while to come through, a minor inconvenience.

The location is great! victoria station is a short walk away and many attractions are nearby. the staff was very friendly, always ready to help. the room was clean and quiet. It had everything i needed.
the wifi was not working for most of my stay. this was a problem because i needed to work. the rooms were poorly insulated. i could hear nearby conversations, so i used earplugs.

no elevator outdated room
the hotel provided a clean room, a plus.
i was annoyed by the lack of an elevator. my room was located on a high floor and the climb with luggage was tiring.

Mixed experience. Some issues encountered.
poor insulation inflexible staff
The location was acceptable. It's close to transport links.
The room felt cramped. It really lacked space for luggage. the noise insulation was poor, and i could hear conversations from adjacent rooms. also, the staff seemed inflexible regarding late check-out requests. It was quite frustrating.

helpful staff convenient location warm room steep stairs
the hotel is conveniently located close to victoria coach station. the shower in my room worked well. the staff was also helpful and friendly.
my room was far too warm ,and it was on the third floor. there was no lift , and i had to climb over 60 stairs.
