The room had a full length mirror, helpful. i found the kettle convenient for making tea, and there were even biscuits provided. i was pleased with the cleanliness and daily tidying. Fresh towels were always available.
the ventilation in the bathrooms seemed relatively loud. i noticed hot water took quite a while to come through, a minor inconvenience.

The location is great! victoria station is a short walk away and many attractions are nearby. the staff was very friendly, always ready to help. the room was clean and quiet. It had everything i needed.
the wifi was not working for most of my stay. this was a problem because i needed to work. the rooms were poorly insulated. i could hear nearby conversations, so i used earplugs.

The location was acceptable. It's close to transport links.
The room felt cramped. It really lacked space for luggage. the noise insulation was poor, and i could hear conversations from adjacent rooms. also, the staff seemed inflexible regarding late check-out requests. It was quite frustrating.
